As a senior technical recruiter, you will protect our climate and communities by building a team of engineers, technicians, and operators. Applying skills in sourcing, qualifying leads, all the way through on-sites and onboarding, you’ll shape the recruiting process to help us rapidly grow our team and first responder culture in service to others.

What You’ll do:
In close partnership with our Leadership Team, the Senior Technical Recruiter will become a subject matter expert in all of Rain’s hiring channels and partner across the organization to run a full cycle recruiting operation. This includes strategizing about employment branding efforts, driving interview process improvements and helping us build a stellar candidate experience so that you and our team can attract the highest potential candidates.

The goal of the Senior Technical Recruiter  role is to bring great people together to solve the wildfire problem by owning the full cycle recruiting process.

Must Haves:

  • Self-motivated, self-directed and goal oriented: Wants to win and have fun doing it!
  • Subject matter expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GEM, Hiretual and Indeed
  • Subject matter expertise in applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and Lever
  • Experience with Recruiting entry-level talent on up to seasoned professionals
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity that spans both hardware and software domains
  • Start-up recruiting experience is strongly preferred with an emphasis on building teams  
  • Experience with reporting tools such as TalentWall are not required, but nice to have
  • Background in high volume agency or corporate recruiting would be helpful in this role
  • 3+ Years in Recruiting with a focus in technology companies
